WOW WOW WOW!! Phil and good team are impressive!! They're about 90% done with our two level patio and I'm so flipping excited! They do amazing work and are so conscientious about materials and the process. We highly highly highly recommend them!

We recommend Lintz Land Design very highly. About 5 years ago we had them put in a walkway across the back yard. In 50 years, previous owners had done almost no landscaping and there were water problems. When it rained it turned into mud and our dogs tracked that in. Lintz prepared the walkway with a deep foundation and added a French Drain. That fixed the water problems. Our yard has lots of trees but the walkway remains perfectly smooth and level, stays in place, and looks great. This year we wanted to extend the walkway and add a round platform for a fire pit. Lintz worked with us on the size and location. They completed the work on time and to fit our schedule. We are very pleased with the result and happy to recommend Lintz Land Design with a well-earned 5-star review.

We started working with Phil having only a vague idea of what we wanted our new patio to be. He was fantastic to work with, giving us ideas and guidance to develop the plan. His work was just as fantastic making the plan a reality. We enjoyed our heated plunge pool and patio at times throughout the winter. Now with the warmer weather around the corner, we're excited to be able to have even more time use the beautiful new space Phil and his team created for us. They were amazing!
