3. Quote Requests and Estimates
All projects begin with a free quote. By submitting the online quote form, calling (740) 486-9379, or emailing lintzlanddesign@yahoo.com, you request an estimate
. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the quote and may be revised if project scope changes.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms (deposit amounts, progress payments, final payment) will be detailed in your written estimate and invoice. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of work.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—text, images, graphics, logos—are the property of Lintz Land Design or its content suppliers. You may view and download materials for personal, noncommercial use only. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, modification) is prohibited without our written permission.
